Questions

  • Are you open?

    Yes, we are open. We operate six days a week and only close for the six major holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

  • How many locations do you have?

    We have two locations:

    • Vancouver, WA – Located in Columbia Business Park
    • Rochester, WA – Located at 19531 Ivan St SW

    Both locations offer full-service truck and equipment washing, and both accept walk-ins during business hours.

Payment
& Billing

  • Do you take Comchecks or EFS checks?

    Yes. We accept Comchecks, EFS checks, business checks and credit cards. If you have a preferred payment method, just let us know when you arrive.

  • Do you offer fleet pricing or contracts?

    Yes. We offer competitive pricing for recurring fleet services. If you manage multiple vehicles, contact us to discuss a custom service plan that fits your schedule and budget.

  • Do you do washouts?

    Yes. We offer trailer washouts at both locations. This service is ideal for food-grade trailers, dry vans, and other enclosed units that need interior cleaning.

  • Do you wash RVs?

    Yes. We wash RVs, motorhomes, and travel trailers. Whether you’re prepping for a trip or cleaning up after one, we’ll get your RV looking great.

  • Do you offer detailing services?

    Yes. Full detailing is available by request and includes:

    • Full steam cleaning
    • Carpet and seat extraction
    • Interior degreasing and Armor All
    • Window cleaning (inside and out)

Timing
& Wait Times

  • How long does a wash take?

    A basic wash typically takes 20 to 30 minutes. However, the time may vary depending on:

    • The size and type of vehicle
    • How long it’s been since your last wash
    • The level of dirt and buildup
    • Whether you’re adding detailing or extra services

    We always aim to deliver a quality wash in a timely manner.


  • How long is the line or wait time?

    During peak hours lines may be longer. Wait times vary by location. We recommend visiting Saturdays, week days on early morning, or late afternoon for the shortest wait. You’re always welcome to stop by and check the line for yourself.

  • Where is the Vancouver location?

    3000 SE Hidden Way #350, Vancouver, WA 98661

    Located in Columbia Business Park.

    Directions:

    • Take I-5 to Exit 1 (Camas Hwy).
    • Go right at the split
    • Turn left on Columbia Way
    • Turn right on Kaiser
    • Turn left on Hidden Way (at the stop sign).

  • Where is the Rochester location?

    19531 Ivan St SW, Rochester, WA 98579

    Directions:

    • Take I-5 to Exit 88
    • Turn right on Old Hwy 99 SW (at the stoplight).
    • Turn left on Ivan St SW

    Both locations are designed for easy access and large vehicle maneuvering.
